Savannah is 1!!!!!

Today, Savannah turned 1. At her check up today, she weighed 21lbs 60z and was 29" long. She got 2 shots and a toe poke to check her iron levels. This was very upsetting and Savannah continued to tell mommy about it for 10 minutes after she got the shots.

Nana and Pop came over for dinner and cake. By this point, Savannah must have not been feeling well from her shots. She was not into her cake at all and actually cried for the majority of the time it was on her tray. Maybe we will try again tomorrow night.

Then Savannah got a very special present from Nana. Her very first American Doll. Her name is Kit. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Savannah was very interested in the doll but mommy will be putting it away until Savannah is old enough to take good care of her doll.

Here are pictures from the evening.
